日本最新研究发现，卫生间里装饰一些黄色，有助于排便。对此，北京大学心理学系教授沈政说，黄色是暖色调，有放松心情、缓解紧张情绪的作用。人们在排便时，身体部分肌肉处于紧张收缩状态，这时保持愉快的心情，能放松肌肉，助于排便。
他说，卫生间里的颜色选暖色调，比如淡黄色、淡绿色、淡蓝色、淡橙色等，可以帮你安神，而大紫大红的颜色则容易刺激神经，不利于精神的放松。
